I love your site! I especially love your section about gentle reminders. ♥ It sounds like you practice shadow work! I've been doing a lot of that myself these past couple years. Learning to love myself through trauma, and mourning things I thought I got over. Sometimes it's just something you have to do and it's a totally healthy thing to do. I wish more people knew how to do this! Keep sharing these special reminders. I am certain they will help others too. ♥ Putting them into practice really does make an impact.
